Contracts with Tina & Company

We are very busy and incur expenses once we start working for you. As a small business, we must charge a 50% retainer fee upfront. This fee can vary based on your project.

The majority of our service and project fees are due in advance.

Professional Information 

There are many services I can provide you but in the event that you need help beyond what I am legally permitted to do, I will refer you to any attorney to consult with. This referral will be free of charge and I do not partner with these attorneys in any way. Nor do they pay me for any referrals they receive. Ever.

Deadlines

We respect deadlines. (Hallelujah) We ask that you respect ours. We work very hard to meet deadlines we are given by you and given to you. We ask that you do the same. If we request certain information from you within a certain amount of time, please comply. Help us help you.

If you do not understand exactly what you have in your hands, let us know. We will explain it to the best of our ability. Formal correspondence is not always easy to read, sometimes, stress alone can hinder our comprehension levels. We understand that. Call us. We are here to help.
